How long does the battery last on cordless models?
Our rechargeable LED models typically provide 12 to 20 hours of continuous illumination on a single charge, depending on the brightness setting used.
Will the adhesive damage my paint when I move out?
Our adhesive strips are engineered to be removed cleanly. By following the 'pull-to-release' instructions provided, you can remove the fixtures without leaving residue or peeling the paint.
What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my room?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your lighting, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Are the bulbs replaceable?
Most of our renter-friendly fixtures use integrated long-life LEDs rated for 50,000 hours, but for models with traditional sockets, any standard E26 base bulb can be used.
